Our Story

A love of all things braised


Min Jie first developed his love for culinary when helping out at his mum’s hawker stall in his adolescence years. Inspired by the manifold braised dishes he tried while traveling and years of experimentation, MJ has mastered his own recipe, one that delivers a multi-layered burst of umami flavour.

Braise with love, passion and dedication

Through hours of braising in a melting pot of herbs, spices and wines, the flavourful and succulent meat tenderly falls apart. Accompanied by our thoughtfully-crafted thick, sticky sauce and leafy vegetable, we present you a wholesome braised meal.
